Try this YouTube title if it suits your niche. "It took me __ years to realize what I'll tell you in __ minutes" It's trending and definitely peaked my interest. Maggie McCormack was averaging 5-k views per video then recently hit gold with this one at 3.7 million views. π Watch videoβ Tip: The video is a simple talking head with occasional use of B-roll (cutaway footage) just enough to make it tick along. Minimal text is used to reinforce the key points. You don't need to do complicated edits! New iPhone 16e Apple have announced a budget version of the iPhone 16 - the iPhone 16e.β It comes in at $599 and has the same A18 chip as the 16 so can run the latest AI (Apple Intelligence) features. Apple Intelligence features relative to video were outlined in a previous Viewsletter. But on the 16e you don't get the wide lens, action mode, camera control button or cinematic mode :( Personally I'd stretch your budget to get the better sibling - the 16. I have this model and it is awesome for video. Here's a Youtuber talking about the differences. Talking about AI - WTH! ByteDance have demonstrated OmniHuman-1, a technology that creates realistic videos from a single picture. π See Einstein give a lecture here.β Scary or what? People are generous βIan on Youtube has been blowing up vlogging about working at a 7/11 shop until he got sacked! Then his viewers stepped in with donations to help him between jobs. A YouTube audience is a powerful force! Tip: There is a trend right now for rough around the edges, genuine vlog content sometimes called 'lo-fi.' No fancy gear required. I realize Ian's video might not be your usual viewing. But can you work this style into your business videos? Can you step away from your desk and show more of your life? Can you occasionally freshen your content up and try something different to mix into your output? Monitor your subscriber numbers If you want to keep track of your YouTube subscriber growth without always delving into your analytics do this: Put your current subscriber count in your video description when you publish it. That way you can look back and see how you've grown and which video caused a surge. βLike this creator (btw this is a great video about brand deals for small channels!) β Jules βVideoHeroβ π₯ ps.
